Handcrafted pickup assembly — Live from the Sirius Sound workshop

Handmade Production

Each pickup is individually crafted, not mass-produced.

Our queue system ensures fair ordering while we scale production. Your $100 deposit secures your place in line, gives you Telegram access for updates, and counts toward the final $550 price. Pre-orders help fund R&D and faster market entry.

Problem

Conventional single coils fight hum and bandwidth trade-offs.

Producers complain about noise floors and inconsistent resonance peaks. Builders mod wax pots and magnet polarity, but the noise remains.

Our approach

Hybrid-core winding with phase-stable flux management.

We modelled the pickup as an RF circuit, iterated with finite-element sims, and built a modular bobbin that keeps inductance tight while cancelling hum.

Measurements

Swept sine, THD, noise floor and impedance profiling.

LCR sweeps show a 4.2H inductance with a tunable Q factor. THD stays under 0.2% at 1kHz. View the interactive charts on the Product page.

Tone demos

Compare our prototype with a classic single coil instantly.

The Tone Lab streams phase-aligned loops, so you can flip A/B without loudness bias. Change cable capacitance or load to hear the response.

Roadmap

From field beta to OEM partnerships.

Vote on winding recipes, request mounting formats, and track our certification milestones in the community roadmap.

Tone Lab

Hear the spectrum shift in real time.

Flip between our prototype and a control single coil with phase-safe alignment. Adjust pickup height, capacitive load, and hear the resonance peak glide without adding hum. Spectrum frames sync to URL state, so you can share exact settings with collaborators.

  • Offline-ready via PWA caching for mobile rigs.
  • Live spectrum + waveform overlay with Web Audio analyser.
  • A/B latch + blind mode to avoid confirmation bias.
  • URL share tokens and session history playback.
Prototype resonance
3.4 kHz @ -1.2 dB
Control coil resonance
4.7 kHz @ -3.8 dB
